    The Hospital Performance Report released by the Pennsylvania Health Care Cost Containment Council (PHC4) provides information about the performance and utilization of Pennsylvania hospitals for seventeen medical conditions. Reported are hospital ratings for outcomes such as in-hospital mortalities and 30-day readmissions, along with average hospital charges. Also included is the total number of cases for hospitals. Statewide trends and statistics are also examined.
